I learned that we can go further, with simplicity and fewer detours.
My search began in adolescence, out of a very concrete need.
At 15, I began living with intense migraine attacks and a deep lack of energy. For about two years I underwent various medical tests, but nothing pointed to a cause for what I was going through.
I kept going and did what needed to be done, but I often had to drag myself to carry on.
Finding a way out became a necessity.
That was when the practice of Yoga came into my life. Within a few months, what I had been facing for years disappeared.
I needed to understand what had happened to me — and what else there might be to understand about us and the way we live.
There began an inquiry that would accompany me throughout my life.
An inquiry that has continued for more than 40 years.
For more than forty years, I have kept seeking, studying, experiencing and observing different ways of understanding the human being. Along this path, I also learned to listen to and understand an inner dimension that has always been very present in my own experience.
Along the way, I found very valuable knowledge, approaches and techniques — and others I learned to leave behind.
I learned to be selective.
To go deeper into what proved consistent, to experience before concluding, and also to recognize the traps we meet along the way — the ones that consume time and energy, multiply attempts and can lead us away from what we truly need to understand.
Knowing these traps changes the path.
Much of the value of this long inquiry lies precisely in what it allowed me to select, integrate and understand.

At the same time, I built another path.
While this search ran through my life, I built a career of more than thirty years as an executive in multinational technology companies, working with people and markets across different countries and cultures.
Throughout this professional path, understanding people was always part of my work: observing behaviors, needs, choices and the way different contexts influenced decisions.
At the same time, I developed an increasingly sensitive perception of people, including what was not always visible or expressed in words.
My personal inquiry kept deepening another question: how each person experienced what they lived.
Over time, these two inquiries began to meet.
Why do people living through similar events experience life in such different ways?
This question came to gather much of what I had observed, studied and lived along these two paths.
It was from this inquiry that H.U.M.A.N.A. was born.
A philosophy of the human experience, organized into a method and lived through a Journey of Revelation.
It brings together and gives shape to a long learning built through life, through my professional path and through more than four decades of inquiry.

Today, I place this experience at the service of other people’s paths.
This is how I wish to be with you.
I would love to hear your story.
