Perhaps you came here because of something you are living through today. But your story did not begin with this situation.
From there, an Experience of Understanding sets the path in motion.
As new understandings emerge, other Experiences may be added to the Journey.
Every Journey is unique.
The six movements take part in the Journey, which unfolds in a personalized way, respecting each person’s moment, pace, needs, goals and experience.
As the Journey unfolds, different paths may open to reveal and understand aspects of our Inside dimension that we could not yet see.

When something about us is revealed, we deepen our understanding of who we are and of its relationship with what we are living.
What is revealed creates a point of convergence and decision: who we are can also take part in the choices that give direction to the life we keep building.
