Not everything we live began with us.
Our story begins before us.
We are born into a family and become part of a system made up of people, relationships, events and stories that came before ours.
Family Constellation makes it possible to reveal dynamics of this system that had remained hidden and may be related to what we are living today.

Family Constellation makes it possible to reveal disorders in the family system that may be related to what we are living today.

Principles known, within this approach, as the Orders of Love.
When a hidden dynamic comes to light, it can be reordered according to the Orders of Love, helping to restore balance and the flow of love in the relationships of the family system.
Some situations may keep repeating while the dynamics related to them remain hidden and in disorder within the family system.
When might this Experience make sense?
A Constellation may make sense when an unwanted situation keeps repeating, a conflict persists, or you feel stuck before something that never seems to move, even after many different attempts.

How it works
The question
The experience begins with a question you wish to understand.
You do not need to tell your whole story or expose yourself. What matters is being clear about the question you want to look at.
The setup
From there, your Family Constellation is set up. The system gradually shows itself, revealing where there may be an imbalance in the relationships and what may be keeping love from flowing.
In person or online, individual or in a group
In group sessions, participants represent members or elements of the family system. In individual sessions, representative objects — such as figurines — are used to visualize the configuration and the relationships that emerge.
A dynamic observed in one family is not automatically attributed to another. The experience unfolds from what emerges in that system and around that question.
Every story is unique. So is every Constellation.
Where does it come from?
Family Constellation was developed by the German Bert Hellinger, a philosopher, theologian and psychoanalyst trained in a range of therapeutic approaches.
With a curious, inquiring mind, Hellinger devoted decades to observing human relationships and family systems.
From this work, he developed an approach that made it possible to observe dynamics and bonds that may remain hidden within families.
His discoveries gave rise to the Orders of Love — belonging, hierarchy and balance between giving and taking — and to Original Hellinger® Family Constellation.
