What is H.U.M.A.N.A.?
H.U.M.A.N.A. is a Philosophy and a Method for deepening our understanding of who we are, of what takes part in our experience, and of how all of this is expressed in the life we build.
It starts from an integrated view of the person: beyond the life we build on the outside, there is an inner dimension from which we perceive, interpret and experience what we live.
Where do I start?
With the Lucidity Session, a free first meeting with no commitment.
It is a brief conversation in which Thais Campos gets to know the moment you are living and what you wish to achieve. You leave with a personalized proposal for your path: which Experiences of Understanding can support your moment, how they can be organized and where to begin.
Is there a cost for the Lucidity Session?
No. The Lucidity Session is free and without commitment.
What is the investment for the H.U.M.A.N.A. Journey?
Each H.U.M.A.N.A. Journey unfolds in a personalized way, according to each person’s moment, needs and what they wish to understand.
For this reason, the investment may vary depending on the path defined for each journey.
As a reference, one Experience of Understanding is an investment of R$ 459. Journeys involving three Experiences of Understanding, for example, usually come to around R$ 997.
In the Lucidity Session, we understand your moment and define the most suitable path for you.
Are sessions in person or online?
Both. Sessions take place online and in person.
Family Constellation, for example, can be done in person or online, individually or in a group.
Do I need to do the whole Journey, or can I do just one Experience?
Each Experience of Understanding can also be lived on its own. A Family Constellation, a Terapiatria experience or a ThetaHealing® session can respond to a specific need of that moment.
When integrated into the H.U.M.A.N.A. Journey, these different perspectives become part of a broader path of understanding.
What are the Experiences of Understanding?
There are three, each offering its own perspective: Family Constellation, to understand where you come from; Terapiatria, to understand where you are; and ThetaHealing®, to open space for new paths.
Is the Journey the same for everyone?
No. The six movements of the Method organize the path, but the journey unfolds from what each person needs to understand.
Every journey is unique, respecting each person’s pace, needs, goals and experience.
Does Family Constellation have a religious basis?
No. Family Constellation has no religious basis.
Nor is a dynamic observed in one person transferred to another: each system has its own history, and each Constellation reveals a particular configuration.
Is ThetaHealing® a religious practice?
No. The approach is not religious.
It is a process of investigating, identifying and changing subconscious beliefs, worked on at four levels: Core, Genetic, History and Soul.
Are the Oracular Seals tarot?
No. The Oracular Seals are not tarot — they are what make oracular therapy possible.
Nor were they developed to offer only “yes” or “no” answers. The purpose is therapeutic: the reading uses the consciousnesses that emerge to broaden the understanding of the question brought and to offer new perspectives on what the person is living.
Do I need to tell my whole story?
No. The experience begins with a question you wish to understand, presented simply and objectively.
You do not need to tell your whole story or expose yourself. What matters is being clear about the question you want to look at.
Who guides the sessions?
Thais Campos, founder of H.U.M.A.N.A.
An economist with a postgraduate degree in Marketing, more than three decades of international career in multinational technology companies and more than four decades of study and practice in integrative approaches.
She sought training directly from the schools linked to the origins of each approach: Original Hellinger® Family Constellation at the Hellinger®Schule, ThetaHealing® at the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge (THInK®) and Terapiatria at the Instituto dos Mistérios Ascensionais (IMA).
